Shrub Hill considered as location for Worcestershire NHS diagnostics centre
Council and NHS partners are discussing a possible community diagnostics centre in Worcester’s Shrub Hill Quarter.
Worcestershire County Council announced on 2 October that Shrub Hill Quarter had been shortlisted as a potential location for an NHS Community Diagnostics Centre.
The authority says discussions with NHS partners are ongoing about whether the centre could be delivered in the area.
A shortlisted location is not a final site approval. The council has not described the facility as confirmed or open, and further decisions would be required.
